This is a new cask-strength bot­tling of Laphroaig 25yo. The whisky is a very dif­fer­ent beast to the old 25yo. It has a rich and smoul­der­ing taste, with a big coal hit and a lin­ger­ing sea­weed char­ac­ter. Lovely stuff
