Caol Ila 18 Years

Extra age­ing has calmed the impact of the phe­nols, with the peat arriv­ing on the palate late, and tem­pered by smooth oak. A very mel­low, mature Islay malt.


Clynelish 14 Years

A delight­fully com­plex spicy and per­fumed nose, with some flo­ral and malty hints. 

The palate is multi-layered too, with some slight cit­rus hints on a honey back­ground with peat and deli­cious spices before a honey fin­ish with a trace of brine.
