Nose: haunting, rich. There is first of all beautiful woody (wax, varnish, upholstery, leather, walnut). Then place the fruit (strawberries, cherries in brandy, blood orange). Finally, it is around spices come into play (cinnamon, cumin and paprika). Gourmets will appreciate the gourmet evocations he suggests: creme brulee, apple tart, chocolate pear. Taste: intense, nervous. Like a torrent, it pours a flood of spices (cardamom, pink pepper), wild mint, stewed fruit (apricot, plum, peach), fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry) and exotic (guava, persimmon, mango) .
