Nose: very elegant, it is reminiscent of both an old Calvados Pays d'Auge (apple burned, lightly salted) and a venerable sweet wine of Coteaux du Layon (melon candied currants). Slender, he lives on the damp earth and mushrooms (mousseron, morel). Taste: firm, right. His attack is full of determination and spices are prominent (pepper, cloves, cinnamon). It gains, however, very quickly, and oscillates between smooth beeswax, rhubarb jam and apricot sauce. It extends a key of humus and sunflower oil. Finish: long, full natural. The refining sherry unveils beautiful rancio (cherry brandy), notes of toasted almonds and coffee. Far from being heavy, it carries fresh and silky.Superb bitterness (lemon verbena, ginseng). The retro olfaction is saline and fruity (apricot tart).
