Kawasaki Distillery

Distillery once located between Tokyo and Yokohama, Kawasiki producing traditional single grain whiskey (90% corn, 10% malted barley) which can still be a few barrels of emergency, as-refill sherry butt, compared with very old Demerara rum (in aging tropical). Very greedy.

Unfortunately it has been closed.
